Our team

Karoon recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining high quality personnel. Karoon is satisfied with its excellent exploration success rate and understands that this is mainly due to the caliber of the technical and operational personnel that it has recruited and retained. Similarly, the development and successful implementation of our commercial strategies reflect the commitment of our corporate team.

Karoon aims at ensuring that employees are involved in their work, motivated to improve their performance and to communicate openly at all levels. This is achieved through the various internal and external human resources policies and procedures that have been developed, and by giving employees the opportunity for training or further studies and ensuring that such employees stay informed through formal and informal briefing sessions.

The Health and Safety of our personnel is of utmost importance to Karoon and are carefully managed through our Operational Management System.
